These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Workflow Automation Toolkit website, documentation, and HubSpot app (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by JTK Apps Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Workflow Automation Toolkit is a HubSpot app that extends HubSpot workflows with custom actions (including webhook calls, regex matching/replacing, JSON parsing, text transformation, random generation, email validation, and related actions).
Some actions may call external services you configure (for example, the Webhook action can send HTTP requests to third-party APIs and extract response data).
You must be able to form a binding contract and have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, "you" includes that organization.
To use the HubSpot app, you must connect it to a HubSpot account via OAuth. You are responsible for:
"Customer Data" means data you (or your HubSpot account) provide to the Service, including workflow inputs and outputs and any CRM data processed through actions.
You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and secure the Service, and to comply with law.
If you configure an action to send data to a third-party endpoint or service, you are directing the Service to transmit Customer Data to that third party. We are not responsible for third-party services, endpoints, their availability, or their handling of data.
Webhook limitations: webhook calls may time out or fail based on network conditions and third-party performance (for example, the Webhook action describes a timeout and error handling behavior).
You agree not to:
We may suspend or limit access if we believe you violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
We take reasonable measures designed to protect the Service and Customer Data. However, no system is 100% secure, and you acknowledge that risk.
You are responsible for securing your HubSpot account and any credentials or endpoints you use with the Service.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service (including software, documentation, branding, and content), except for Customer Data. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
If any part of the Service is offered for a fee (including via the HubSpot marketplace), you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes and comply with any billing terms presented at purchase or installation. If billing is handled by a third party (e.g., an app marketplace), that third party's terms may also apply.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that workflows will always produce specific results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Certain sections (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice (e.g., updating the "Last updated" date and/or posting on the site). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
